Debbie Porth Property Manager, NC/SC Broker/ Realtor
Debbie Porth has been involved with residential property management since 2006. She founded her first property management company in 2008 (DP Realty and Management,LLC) and is still managing her very first rental property. Debbie is a licensed real estate agent in SC and NC. She has resided in the Charlotte area for over 35 years. Debbie is very active in NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and has been the Charlotte Chapter Treasurer since 2020.

Kandi Autry-Reynolds Property Manager, NC/SC Broker-Realtor
Kandi has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2007. She has been active in the property management industry since 2013. Kandi has served as the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) since 2020.
